RECIPE: Simple Butter Sauce w/ Parsley & Chives

8oz Ravioli of choice (We recommend English Pea & Ricotta)

6oz pasta water

5TB butter

1.5 tsp chives (minced)

1.5 tsp parsley (minced)

1TB Lemon juice

Salt and Pepper To taste.


1) Place a large saucepan on medium heat. Drop your Aliment ravioli into your pot of boiling pasta water on a 3-minute timer.

2) After 30 seconds add 5oz of pasta water to the saucepan and bring to a simmer.

3) At the end of the 3-minute timer add your ravioli to the saucepan and continue to shake the pan throughout the rest of the process.

4) Add the butter and continue to shake while adding your salt and pepper and lemon juice. After about 1 minute of shaking and allowing the butter to emulsify you should be ready to serve, finish with your herbs.
